Our direct workforce includes site supervisors, bricklayers, pavers, painters, skimmers and general labourers, supported by a network of registered sub-contractors covering plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling, roofing, solar and aluminium.

Colin Africa
Colin Africa has been active in the Eersteriver community for over 25 years. He founded the United Wheelers Youth Cycling Club in 1997 and has chaired the Greater Blue Downs Residence Association Business Forum since that same year.
Working directly with the City of Cape Town on community upliftment, Colin brings the same commitment to every project: skills development, enterprise development — including supporting a woman-owned construction business — and creating real opportunities in the communities where the work happens.
